Busy Real Estate office seeking an exceptionally diligent, detailed, and highly organized transaction coordinator and bookkeeper. Real estate experience preferred. Bookkeeping experience required. M-F 8:30am-5:30pm
• Knowledgeable of standard office machines, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience working on accounting software
• Prepare and reconcile daily and monthly bank accounts and credit card transactions
• Clear understanding of real estate contracts, reports and disclosures
• Data entry skills, general math skills, knowledge of banking procedures and payroll handling
• Require to maintain accounting ledgers and create monthly reports
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Willing to work in a team environment
