We have an immediate opening available for a highly trustworthy office coordinator with references to answer phone calls, meet tight deadlines, create/update spreadsheets and other small duties. Previous office and customer service experience is a must. We are in the Restaurant and banquet industry.

Basic Requirements
-Must possess above average communication skills
-Must type 55 words per minute no errors
-Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word mandatory)
-Must be well organized
-Must work well over the phone
-Coordinate promotional paperwork
-Must possess math skills
-Ability to multitask
-Ability to lift at least 55lbs
-Must submit to a background check

We Offer:
40 hours per week Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 with a 30 minute lunch(free food at lunch)
