Senior Telecom Business Process Analyst (Project Consultant), Atlanta, GA to $90/hour

Telecommunications company has need for a Senior Telecom Business Process Analyst in Atlanta. This position will be responsible for assessing the client’s functional business processes (quote to cash) using accepted process analysis methods in order to identify opportunities, design and implement solutions that will deliver operational improvements. This individual must have a high level understanding of the eTOM model and must also be comfortable in delivering recommendations to executive leadership. Requirements include 10+ years experience in business process analysis with 5+ years in the telecom industry. The successful candidate will need to understand the full software delivery life cycle from an IT perspective, and will also need to understand the operational impacts of process improvements and system implementations from a business operations perspective. Project assignment will involve some travel (up to 50%). Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools necessary. Visio software experience a plus.
