Payroll, A/P, A/R, HR Administrator - CHASE, BC - Job ID 1627
Our client is looking for a strong Payroll Administrator that will be responsible for generating the payroll for 150 staff, reviewing any changes required after being received from payroll clerks, managing garnishees, extra tax etc., to be released on a specialized software & administering automatic deposits. You will be assisting with A/P & A/R as a part of this position along with managing all employee HR functions. Taking and transcribing minutes for Communications Meetings is also a part of this position.
Generate Payroll, adding and subtracting any staff as required
Add Specific Deductions to DayBreak InHouse Payroll System
Run weekly, bi-weekly and monthly Reports
Manage HR Inquiries with a staff of 150
Take Communications Meeting Minutes and Transcribe and Distribute as required
Strong background with online, in-house payroll systems ie: ADP etc, able to pick up new systems quickly, comfortable with HR functions and communications with Staff and Management, able to take direction and work independantly and in a group setting.
