Main responsibility will be processing of new accounts and account updates for the complex. Reviewing new account documents before Manager sign off and submitting them to NY for review and approval. Follow up with NY to ensure a timely turn around of approvals. Ensure documentation is posted on the client's account once the account is open. Additional responsibilities include cross training and back-up for operations, cashiering, maintain records, and perform margin activities, greet and assist clients and visitors, input and match orders, handle day-to-day inquiries from Financial Advisors, assist with administrative tasks; process correspondence, faxes, copies...read more
