Excellent customer service sills Bilingual (English/Spanish) - A MUST Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products Strong multi-tasking and organization skills are essential � Accounts Receivable Maintenance. Management of Aged Trial Balance, including both oral and written collection calls. � Post accounts receivable and prepare deposits � Daily balancing of accounts receivable � Recommendations in regard to issuance of credit terms � Timely communication with management of all potential AR problems � Identify errors and process corrections � General data entry � Audit endorsement creation and follow up This is a great opportunity to increase your accounting knowledge and learn the insurance industry at the same time. Attention to detail and problem solving skills are required, and prior experience with Excel is preferred. A willingness to learn new tasks and take on new responsibilities is necessary. Through timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities, allow the accounting department to coordinate intake and outflow of receivables. Identify, troubleshoot, and correct any accounting related issues or problems. Interact professionally and respectfully with staff, retail brokers, and premium finance companies.
