Requirements Requirements for the Tax Partner Position: A minimum of one year individual and business tax preparation experience is required. CPA or EA is preferred. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate competency in technical skills, accuracy, work quality and application of professional and Firm standards. The candidate must possess a strong working knowledge of tax laws, demonstrate the desire and ability to manage others and grow an existing practice, or commingle an established practice.
