We are looking for an Experienced, Hard-Working, and Energetic Professional with Mortgage Processing and/or Underwriting Experience and Excellent Customer Service Skills that can work from home handling the processing of Client Files with a Big Smile :)
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
• Carefully Analyzing Credit, Income, and Assets.
• Assisting Clients in resolving Credit Issues and Approval Conditions.
• Effectively Handling Client Inquiries (Phone, E-Mail, and Fax).
• Gathering data from clients.
• Entering information into our Web-Based CRM System.
• Researching/resolving inquiries and logging customer calls.
• Making scheduled follow-up calls to clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assisting the management team in day-to-day operations with occasional tasks and projects.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 5 Years Experience as a Mortgage Processor or Underwriter.
• Ability to handle multiple Phone Calls and E-Mails.
• Excellent Computer Skills.
• Excellent Organizational Skills - Detail-Oriented and Meticulous.
• Excellent Communications Skills and Upbeat Phone Voice.
• Must be Service Oriented and be comfortable on the phone.
• Must be independent and reliable to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, quiet, and professional work environment with computer, high speed internet access, printer, and Scanner with Document Sheet Feeder.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 9 Hours per day, with a 1 Hour Lunch Break.
• Must be available to start immediately.
IMPORTANT:
This is a FULL TIME Position and although you will have the Luxury of working from your Home Office with Minimal Supervision, it will be HARD-WORK. You must be prepared to work hard and work late in some instances to meet Deadlines and Company Objectives – Please do NOT apply if you are currently employed elsewhere or if you cannot give the Level of Dedication and Hard Work we expect from you.
