Must be familiar with the construction process, commercial and residential
Needs to be familiar with AIA forms, billing, change orders. lein law, waivers.
Must be very computer literate in excell and word and have a good working knowledge of accounting. Software used for accounting is specialized to construction. This is a full time job Mon - Fri. 8 - 5pm
