For the past five years, 512 East Main street has housed several different restaurants, but throughout all of this change there has always been one constant: This building has always kept their gifted chef. Taverna Bravo will be the home to the chef of not only Mauger’s seafood restaurant but also The Lancaster Grill and Mediterranean on Main. This talented chef has mastered the art of versatility, cooking anything from fine fish cuisines to traditional Greek entrées and gyros. This chef diligently apprenticed under a world-class teacher from Athens, Greece and has perfected the art of authentic Mediterranean and Greek cuisine.
