Only 11 hours on a complete top-end overhaul including new Millenium Superior cylinders.

Total time since Major overhaul is 900 hours. All the regular instruments plus a Artificial Horizon.

A very good King KX 170-B transceiver.  Portable intercom. Two headsets.

Maule tail-wheel.  150 exhaust. New battery.  Stitz fabric on wings.  Strobe.

Very nice flying and handling plane.  Cruises at 115 MPH. Uses 4 to 5 gallons per hour.

Not a show plane but looks real nice when shined up, as you can see in the pictures.

Good, comfortable seats. The headliner and baggage space upholstery need help.

I will buy the Annual for the new owner.  I expect that to be about $500. It's been flown only 11 hours

since last Annual.  Will trade for collector car of equal value.

  New owner will have right to keep the hanger at Grove Field, the Camas- Washougal airfield.
