Seniors and hadicapped BEWARE!  This man (Matthew Bass) has stollen $1500 in cash and items from a storage unit of a handicapped person. This man was hired as a Personal Assistant through Northern Illinois Center for Independent Living in Sterling Illinois. He disappeared November 2010 with ALL the money, family antiques and other items from storage. His last known address was in Dixon Illinois. DO NOT HIRE HIM! He will steal from you too!
