== $1,000 Reward for Pinpointing the Current Location of 57 Withheld UFO-related CIA Records! ==

Why is the U. S. Central Intelligence Agency continuing to stonewall fulfillment of my 3.2-year-old request that it submit to "mandatory declassification review" its 57 UFO-related documents that surfaced during the 1978 freedom-of-information lawsuit of Ground Saucer Watch v. Central Intelligence Agency? 

By her letter to me of June 12, 2012, CIA FOIA chief Michele Meeks declares her inability to locate the sought-for records -- thus setting the stage for me to appeal her tantamount denial of my request.  In the meantime, I'm offering a reward of $1,000 to the first person who provides me the exact, verifiable current location of these elusive 57 records.  (My check would be made payable to the awardee's favorite charity.)  Consider your providing this pivotal information an investment in greater UFOIA -- UFO freedom of information and accountability.
