Seeking information regarding dismembered body discovered 13 June 1973, vicinity of San Diego Embarcadero, near pier formerly at foot of Laurel Street. Victim is 20-30 year-old olive-complexioned Caucasian female, 5-ft 1-in tall, black hair; not pregnant but could have given birth within six months previous; possible involvement with drugs and alcohol, or counter-culture of the time.
