Christian mother of two needs help badly

my name is brandi.i am the mom of 2 boys (ages 6&2)i was working when i entered into a payment plan w/ com ed. i lost my job & com ed disconnected my power(on july 30)we were getting by w/o power until our downstairs neighbors called the city's building inspector.at first it was ok b/c we wre using camping lanterns.i went to ceda/liheap & to make a long story short i was approved for the amount of $1,183.when i called com ed the next day to see when i would be restored they told me that com ed had rejected the payment b/c it wasn't for the full amount.and to make matters worse i broke my foot & will need to have surgery in 6 weeks to help & set the break.the city has come & placed a no occupany notice on our door.i've never been forced to humiliate myself as to have to place an ad asking for $ but i don't know what else to do i've contacted different organizations &some don't have the $ or i don't meet their requiremets no lease(we are on a month to month lease)or a checking accout to look into my finances. i know that times are tough for everyone right now but if anyone could help with $ or an organization that might be able to help i would greatly appreciate it.thank you for taking the time to stop & read this i am so badly in debt that i can't afford the minutes on my prepaid cell phone so i ask that if you do call to please leave a message on my voicemail or to please email me
