Why are mostly police helicopters? others...agencies...
flying below the legal limits in various neighborhoods of berkeley and oakland repeatedly and if there not searching for anyone , which seems to be the case when they fly by , are they authorizied to fly below legal height limits repeatedly?Is anyone concered?
just got a very low flyover at ashby and college ave, berkeley at 7:10 pm. by the way.
Have a video cam? Film it and put it on youtube under helicopter harrassment.
