I am in the Army and dropped off my 96 Eclipse GST to them for a engine over haul before 2 weeks i left for the field.  they did not work on it for the 1st week after dropping by almost every day saying they were waiting on parts, that part i got and understand.  after leaving for the field i called just about every day with them saying they are working on it.  after 2 weeks of being in the field i returned for the weekend and stopped by  engine was out but not done.  after another week back out in the field  i called and they could not get my car started.  I told them the timing is a pain in the ass since i built this car from the ground up i know what im talking about.  The guy at the front desk asked if i could stop by since no one knows my car better then me, so I can help.  I was like no I cant im in the field and are you kidding me?  the front desk said he later he thinks its a bad coil, then after a week they said it was a bad cam sensor and had to go to a dealer to get a new cam gear and cam sensor since mine didnt work.  after replacing it the electrical guy the called said my car could have never run, but some how I threw a rod with out it being on the road, cmon you gotta be kidding me.  in the beginning I gave him 1,700 and told him that is all I have and he said he can work with me budget even though the price was 1,800.  when i came back after it was "complete" i noticed .....my new motor mounts I bought and had in my trunk and told them to install were missing, they said "lost" or "not even there when I dropped it off" also a bolt from my intake manifold was not tighten down all the way and was sticking up about a inch, also one of my new spark plug wires had a slice out of it and he said it was part of the engine "testing"  bullshit im not a damn idoit.  also they cut my underbody light wires, after telling him to fix it he just connected the wires together and put electrical tape on it, so I asked "do you know what happens with electrical tape under a car that is exposed to the elements?"  it fucks up and comes undone!  also when I got there i noticed they lost one of my hood pins and put a bolt through it and when I said something he was like oh i didnt even see that.  after all of this i got tired of all the shit they fucked up so I had them drop it off at my house since the reg. was expired he tried to convince me to drive it home and I wouldnt so he made me pay 45 bucks just to drop my shit off.  after getting it home i started it and noticed they did not re-connect my down pipe to my exhaust so I did that and then i drove it around the block I heard a pop and my car would not go over 15 mph. got it back in the drive way and popped the hood and seen my intercooler hose popped off cuz they didnt tighten it at all.  at the same time i seen it was leaking radiator fluid bad!  i called and bitched him out and he said bring it in and they will fix it but after all of this and endding up paying 2,300 at the end of it, there is no way they are touching my car again.  do not take your car here at all.  if you like your car dont take it here for the love of god, anyone who asks the customer to help on his own car,  i should have charged them the same price they were charging me.  below is my car they fucked up!  to top it all off the front desk said "you are not going to be happy if your car is running or not".  well it can run with no tires that dont mean i want ya to take those from me.
