putting together a new gaming/game design group in asheville with three primary goals: to gather a nice gaming circle (board, card, roleplay, etc.); to explore art/hobby fusion through collaboration and integration (this will be the seed of a new art/design/writing/animation studio); and game design, playtesting, brainstorming, development, and so on. interested parties should be human or nearly so, around 16 - 100 years of age, kind, creative, inquisitive, resourceful, and at least a little bit insane. looking for dreamers and their ilk, the people who can't stop sketching and doodling and making sculptures (recognizable or not) out of everything around them. parts of this group will meet often, others not so much. some folks will get super invested, others won't. some will be about doritos and mountain dew 'till 3 am, others about whisky and cigarettes. some will - literally - never shut up, others will sit quietly in the corner making paper unicorns. all of the above are good things. this will be a tremendously collaborative workshop environment, designed around encouragement and honesty. which means that mean people, aggressives, and insensitives of all stripes won't be needed. please drop me a line if this all sounds fun to you. forest elder inklingdelirium@gmail.com or kik (forestelder)
