The Fine Arts Department of First Assembly of God would like to invite you and your family to attend our production of:
“A Christmas Family Reunion Lord, make us a House of Prayer”
This is a wonderful play for the Multi-Cultural American Church. In this production we will face real life issues on a personal and spiritual level. This play is offering a magnificent combination of comedy mixed with a serious undertone to prevent anyone from missing the messages contained within this play.
Various issues are dealt with such as, a troubled marriage due to one partners' unfaithfulness; a troubled child who thinks her overly self-righteous parents don't love her and turns to drugs; a troubled young boy who has been led to believe that a life of crime is the only way of survival. Add a feisty old man and you have a genuine mix of comedy and drama that the whole family can enjoy and be blessed.
"It is said that, 'A Family that Prays together Stays Together." Lilly Mullington and her Husband Henry (a feisty old man) believes and declares, "The devil is
trying hard, but he’s not going to get this family! Not as long as these old knees of ours still work. "Lilly is the glue that hold this family together. She is the constant reminder in her family that “With God at the Center, we all can Smile in the Storm and watch God work it out”.
Come and be a part of this wonderful Holiday Family Reunion Production. This is a full 90 minute production with inspirational singing and dancing that will truly bless you.
