This adorable stocking doll was handmade by a lady in Germany who specialized in making custom designed dolls.
Her name is Helga. She is 15 1/2" tall and her blue eyes and pink lips are embroidered. Her cheeks have a blush of rouge. Her blond, long braids are made of yarn. She wears a light blue dress, the sleeves and panties are of the same material, except the pattern/color is reversed. The dress has a snap closure in the back and the panties have elastic so boh can be taken off easily. Her shoes are knit of white wool.
The doll has never been used as a toy. She's been wrapped in
linens all of these years and is therefor in excellent condition.
