We have two apartments for rent/lease located on the southside of Huntington: 609 13th Avenue.  The two bedroom first floor apartment rents for $750 and the one bedroom garage apartment rents for $550.  A one year lease is required after an application has been submitted and approved.  Along with the first month's rent in advance, a damage deposit of equal amount is required. Landlord pays for water, the refuse fee and municipal service fee.  Tenant pays for electric service and, if desired, phone and cable. The apartments have heat pumps for central heat and air conditioning.
