We pay water, sewer and garbage. You may hold a apartment/townhome with the requested deposit. As of today we have a special on our pet deposit for a dog its $500.00 with $400.00 refundable at the time of move out. Cat is $400.00 with $300.00 refundable at the time of move out. The 2nd pet will have additional fees. NO PET RENT!! We are breed but not limited to weight. For Military personnel you would get 2% off your monthly rent and youre application fees are returned to your account at the time of move-in. We are currently enrolled in the RPP program which gives military additional specials and discounts. The office is open 7 days a week. You have the enjoyment of a large pool area with a pool side BBQ, large clubhouse with a big screen TV, fitness area with 2 flat screen TVs and a large spa.
