**ALSO, If you and a friend need two bedrooms, my roommate and I are both looking to sublease! Our rooms are located on the same side of the apartment, with a shared bathroom! Admin fees will still be covered and first month rent is negotiable!**

I will be student teaching this Spring off the mountain, meaning I need a subleaser for my apartment at University Highlands. I live in a four bedroom apartment, with three great girls! We love hanging out with our friends, baking, enjoying the outdoors, playing games and exploring the mountains around. The rent is $460.00 per month, with all utilities included. The apartment is fully furnished, including a full size bed, night table, dresser, desk and chair. As my other roommates will continue living in the apartment, the common areas (kitchen and living room) are furnished and decorated! University Highlands amenities include study center, with computer lab and group study rooms, clubhouse, game room, swimming pool, walking trail, fitness center, and sports courts. Parking is located right outside of the apartment. There is an Appalcart stop located in the complex, which conveniently runs every ten minutes! As seen in the picture below, it is bedroom 3, which is the biggest in the apartment!
