My Fiance and I are buying a house and we're looking for someone to take over our lease at the beginning of December. This is NOT a sub-lease. You will need to fill out an application and get approved. The lease is thru March but you can elect to stay after that (the lady at the office said she's never seen the rent increase more than 5%). The application fee is currently around $20 (special). Household income must be at least $45,000/yr. to get approved.
