sublet apartment

sublet apartment in little Italy area for four months, it's fully furnished with classic modern furniture they are all new.
it's on the second and third floor of a large victorian house, on the third floor a large bedroom with private bath tub , on the second a large living and dining area with kitchen and a small office space. I am living the country for the winter and i would like to find a responsible person to sublet this apartment for that time, it will be available on january 1 2010.
