Park Plaza is a wonderful place to live! I am moving out because of a Study Abroad, and my roommate is moving out because of a mission. We really love our roommates, the people in the complex, and the management is very helpful as well. Park Plaza is a block away from campus, and features a clubhouse available for extracurricular activities. There is also a laundry facility onsite. There are two rooms featuring six spacious closets between four people.  Finally, Kiwanis park is located just behind the facility, and is available for all kinds of winter fun. 

Although we are only selling a Winter contract, Park Plaza also features a pool--which is wonderful for those interested in staying for the spring and summer months. The asking price is the $285 a month with about $10 utilities. We would also be willing to talk about a lower price. If you are interested, please contact Whitney.
