The Rose Garden Apartments are now under new management as of March 1,2013. The apartments are conveniently located on Old Shell Road across the street from the University of South Alabama. The complex is located a few minutes from Spring Hill College. It is also easily accessible to I-65 for those students who go to the University of Mobile, as well as other colleges. The apartments are all 2 bedroom and one bath. There is a laundry facility located on the complex for the convenience of our residents and water is included in the monthly rent.
