First off, all utilities are included. Laundry is the only extra that you pay for. Rent without a pet is 727, and with one pet 752.

My husband and I are looking for someone to sublet lease our studio apartment until the end of July 2013. It has been a perfect home for these past few months, but we are looking to expand our family and need more room. We are loooking for someone to take over as soon as possible, but are willing to wait a few months if you sign the lease. The studio is found in the Windsor Hills housing area in Blacksburg, VA. The area is close enough to tech's campus to be ideal for undergraduates to take the bus, but also far enough from downtown for graduate students to enjoy the location.

In the 5 1/2 months that my husband and I have lived here, the has not been a single incident that has disturbed us. In fact, I think I am the loudest one in the building. The bus rout is right on the other side of the building, for easy access. This apartment has an entrance all to itself. There is a path that leads around the side of the building that leads to our very own door. There is a grassy patch that we get to take in every day, making this apartment a unique find in the VaTech area. There are also two very large windows that allow you to take in the outdoors.

Both dogs and cats are allowed, two maximum. I have already paid the non-refundable pet deposit for this year. It should hold until the end of the lease July 2013. The monthly pet deposit has been included in the rent listed above. Without a pet, the rent is only $727/month. If the apartment owner will not take off the pet fee I will gladly pay that portion of the rent for you for the remainder of the lease.
