Hi, I'm looking to sublease my room at wolf creek apartments. I live in a 4 bedroom in phase 1 with my cat and the pet deposit can transfer over to you if you like. The apartment comes with all appliances, including washer/dryer, things like a microwave, t.v for the living room. Water and electricity are included in the rent as well as internet and cable. There's a swimming pool here that's really nice, a gym, a couple basketball courts, sand volleyball, and a tennis court. There's also a big game room and 24/7 computer lab.A free busline runs from here to the university. Rent is due on the 1st of every month, and the only other thing you would pay is a $150 application fee and I'll pay the $300 transfer fee.
