Moving out of town and am looking for a tenant to take over my lease starting Mid March- early April. Lease goes until November 2013. Pet friendly community large dogs allowed. Tenants pay for heat and electric. Apartment includes microwave, stove, fridge and dishwasher. 1.5 bath 2 bedroom. Apartment complex includes: fitness room, tanning bed, 2 pools, playground, on site laundry-non coin operated, and a dog park. I have never had any issues with the apartment or the managment as some of the online reviews say. New tenant must apply and be approved with leasing office.
