Looking for someone who can take over my lease which ends in June, if you'd like to continue to stay past then you may do so. I pay 664$ a month and there is a 25$ application fee to see if you get approved to be added to the lease. Only bill I pay is electricity which comes out to about 90$ a month depending how much time I am home.The apts are San Remo and are located on the corner of Bethany Home and 59th ave next to the park, you may come look at the apt if you wish to do so.
The apt as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both have tubs and showers
Washer and Dryer included
All appliances: fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, garbage disposal ect.. are included
The apt has 2 good sized balconies one of which has a storage area
The living room is rather large and has tile only rooms with carpet are master bdrm ( big closet)and other room
There is also 2 big pools and a gym area, plus a playground for kids
