This apartment is located at the Bryson at City Place (2901 City Place West Blvd Dallas, TX 75204). The lease would be 6 months from January until end of June, but we are flexible. Note that a credit check and rental application will need to be filled out. No deposit.

This is a 765 square foot open floor plan for $1510/month featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, wood floors, beautiful balcony and washer/dryer included. There is also an alarm system included, 1 gated parking spot, and secured entry (key fab needed to get most places). The community is awesome too. Great pool, fire pit, grills, amazing 10,000 sq ft gym (discounted membership for being a resident), and cool poker room. The location is prime. Less then a mile from Uptown bars and restaurants and located in the heart of West Village. Plus, the Bryson always seems to have some sort of social event happening and a very friendly, helpful staff.

We are looking to be out of here by early January, but are flexible according to interest. If interested, please respond to this post.

Here's a few more things you need to know about this apartment.. I would have to sign over my lease to you. In addition, you have to fill out a rental application, have credit approval, and provide proof of income. There is a rental fee of $90/tenant, but no deposit or admin fees (since I already paid it in October/pretty awesome deal since there are no hidden fees!). To reinterate, the rent is $1510 per month until June 31st. Although you would be subleasing from the Bryson, I am conducting a personal screening of prospective tenants, so any additional information you can provide would be rather helpful before proceeding. Once a strong establishment of interest is present, you can come look at the apartment (and we can speak to the leasing office together to reinterate all of this) or send me your materials (whichever you prefer under your current circumstances). I am flexible about the move in date in January. We can enact a prorated rent if need be. You wouldn't need to pay last month's rent because we didn't have to do this when we started leasing the apartment.
