I just got off the phone with Kim. She is vacationing in Waikiki and paying just $70 per day. [Monthly rental during High Season] Kim is from Canada and said that this is just what she was looking for. What did she like so much?

1. The location--within steps to the beach, a large grocery store, public transportation, the zoo, the Internation Market Place, the library, a 24 hour fitness place, and so much more

2. The price---go figure--just $70 per day during high season and only $60 per day during low season!! You've got to be kidding!! WHEN RENTED BY THE MONTH...................NO WEEKLY RENTALS ON THIS UNIT.

VALUE SEASON: $1800 PER MONTH--April, May, June, September, October, November

HIGH SEASON: $2100 PER MONTH--December, January, February, March, July, August

3. THE CONDO OF COURSE!!--It has been newly painted inside and out, new floors, ALL new furniture, has a lanai with great view and no building right on top of you, washer/dryer in the unit!!

4. THE BUILDING--WOW!!! It has a roof top pool, sauna, hot tub, bbq grills, and 360 views of the city, ocean, and mountains!!-------and EVERYONE has to use headphones when listening to music!!--IT IS QUIET....There is 24 hour security, and FREE PARKING!!

5. The people---Let's see, she said the security folks are "friendly, helpful, funny, nice, warm, caring, efficient", and always have a welcome hello for her!!

6. The ambience--quiet, low keyed vacation housing--all of the convenience and none of the hype

7. Safe, comfortable, convenience place to stay. According to Kim, it has everything that she wanted. It is a GREAT condo, comfortable, and very clean and nice.

This place is not a hotel, and it is not on the beach. But it is close to the beach, and it is a very nice place to stay. You get to keep your hard earned $$$$$ to enjoy the island and your vacation.
