Lighter cases are handcrafted from wooden tooth picks.
I use a Bic lighter for my pattern to shape the case.
I surround the bic lighter with the toothpicks that have been trimmed to fit.
The bottom is sanded down to make sure the case sits flat on a surface.
A picture of your choice is pasted on the front of the case, then I add 3 coats of varnish.
A final coat is added to make the case durable and for a glossy finish.
