I have a fabric business I want to downsize.  I have fabrics ranging from cotton, silk blends, satins, brocades, moire taffetas, bengalines, fancy organzas and chiffons.  Lots of trims, hat blanks to trim.  I used to dress a bunch of re-enactors so lots of my fabric is Civil War appropriate.  My store is 15' x 35'.  I have 3 racks holding about 90 rolls and 25-30 bins.  Also there are 4 industrial shelving units.  I sell upscale unusual fabrics that are not readily available.  Give me a holler if you are seriously interested.
