I was born and raised in Michigan. My family of 6 moved to Macomb county to try and make a new life away from the poverty and crime in Detroit. I got a job at Lincoln Granite of Macomb, and worked as hard as I could helping the company become the biggest monument dealer in the area for the first three years I was there.
Then, last fall I was let go for reasons that can only be described as backstabbing and now am in danger of losing my home. I have been a memorial artist for over 23 years.
