If you need to kill off a garnishment or stop a foreclosure fast and don't have all my fee up front, if you can get a Guarantor to sign for you, I take post-filing payments too, for post-filing work!

The $750single/$1200couple Flat Fee does not include the two courses you have to take: I recommend a $5 pre-filing course, and a $7.95 post-filing course.

The Flat Fee does not include the filing fee to the COURT (which can be waived if you meet low income requirements -- if you don't qualify, you can pay this fee to the Court in four installment payments starting the month after filing).

I do not charge for amendments, I do not "count your creditors" (charge $$ for each creditors over the 20th creditor like some attorneys do). I do not charge you for each phone call or email. I do not charge you for reaffirmation agreements.
My fee is FLAT. :)

I interview you, pull your credit reports (no charge), fill out all your paperwork and ensure with you that you list all your asset and debts!
I appear at your Meeting of Creditors and represent you there! Not some paralegal or secretary!
