I like to make a motion to see a child who I help raise, and was for a long period his only dad (not biological).

I was never married to his mother, but his mother and I have a child together. She has been unwilling to do anything outside of court.

I will be glad to do a payment plan of $500 the first of each month for three months if I can find a lawyer who believes they can in the end prevail and jump om this. I also know of several other folks who like help in a similar way.

They lawyer does not need to file an appearance in regards to the other case unless they want to.
