Ms. Sakio graduated, cum laude, from Syracuse University School of Law in 1995. She has practiced primarily family law since that time. When you retain Ms. Sakio she will personally meet with you, handle your case, as well as speak with you whenever you have a question. Most telephone calls are returned the same day, but in no event longer than 24 hours after leaving a message. AREAS OF PRACTICE: -Divorce -Annulment -Legal Separation -Spousal Support/Alimony -Adoption -Guardianship -Paternity -Child Custody -Child Support -Premarital Agreements -Postmarital Agreements -Name Change UNCONTESTED MATTERS: Flat rate fees from $250 to $750, plus costs CONTESTED MATTERS: A retainer is required and is determined on a case by case basis depending of the estimated number of hours to complete the case. Attorney fees are $250 per hour. CONSULTATION FEE: There is a $250 consultation fee which is credited against the flat rate fee for uncontested matters, or against the retainer for contested matters, should you retain our office.
