The investment is to the tune of US $ 5 million which will be required for rapid expansion, upgradation of technology and diversification in the next 12 months. One can expect a good annual return considering the fact that the Indian advertising industry is growing steadily at a rate of 20%, while the agency's average annual growth rate has been around 36% for the last 4 years. The prospective investor has the option of withdrawing upto 60% of his investment anytime before 5 years but after one month from the date of investment. In the event of withdrawl of 60% of funds, 40% of the total funds should remain invested in the company for a long term of 25 years.
