his name is fido he was born in july of 2008.he does have a close band on his leg he has a great personalityand loves to get out of his cage and cuddle.we just dont have the time to sped with him.he is starting to speak.iam asking 1000.00for him the cage comes with him it is 28 inc high and 20 wide.please call me if you would like to see him (  8one 2-340- two 3two 6)
