Cricket is an africam grey.I bought her at 5mo. old.     she has a huge vocabulary, and is able to associate words with objects,,, I LOVE HER AND IT IS BREAKING MY HEART TO HAVE TO GET RID OF HER''' but do to health issues, i cant give her the attention she needs and deserves.. I paid 850.00 for her from a breeder,, she was not in a pet store.  she also has an outside cage, and of course an inside,, If you never had a bird then you must understand they can live 50 years or more and require quite alot of attention.
