One year ago Lucky was brought into our store and left here. He was scared, mean, and wouls screm anytime you got close to him.
Now, A year later, Lucky is the sweetest bird in the world. We assume he was abused at one point because he is TERRIFIED of brooms, mops, and perches that are not in a stationary position. he is very submissive to men and will 'step up' for them but all the while he is shaking, he is skeptical of women but he would much rather be with a woman than a man.
He just needs to be worked with and we love him dearly. Sadly, living in a pet store is not the best life for him. So it is because of this that we are trying to find him a loving home that has lots of experiance with large hookbills.
