Sylvan Deck Boat

22 ft 1997 Sylvan Deck Boat. The boat is in good condition the hull has been cleaned and well maintained. There has never been any type of repairs done to the hull. The engine's lower unit was replaced last year. The engine starts everytime with no hassels. It is equiped with a bimini top, dual batteries, 2 chairs in the front, 2 tables, am-fm cd radio and a Lowerance depth finder. A 115 Johnson Pro Ocean Runner in very good condition. Included with the boat is float on alluminum double axle trailer made by Loadmaster in Tampa. Things that need to be repaired are the forward Throttle cabel and trim motor.
