Fully insulated, never a condensaton problem even in tropics. Full wide decks at a single level, no step to impede moving from bow to stern. Lip above bridge deck to prevent any water intruding into cabin, even if cockpit were to flood water would all run overside through large scuppers before entering hull. Rudder/tiller shipped in welded tube deck to bottom ensuring no water entry into hull even if protected rudder were shered. Fuel tanks welded into the boat with full removeable pannels for cleaning access and equiped with sight guages. Large Colvin built Northill anchor on cat-head on starboards bow. Designed for turnig blocks so no need to go forward on deck. All sail handling and anchoring procedures can be done from the cockpit. Four openig bronze ports in house sides.
