35' Owens Concorde Sedan. 1975.
Extended sedan cruiser with large flybridge. Twin 351 Mercruiser engines.
The boat is in good condition with many new items which include; full carpet, fridge freezer, engine risers, HD LCD TV with DVD.
Work that was done this summer include; railings stripped and coated 4 times in seatal, rear deck painted, fresh water & A/C serviced including water heater, engines have fresh spark plugs, oil and filters & fuel filters, marine batteries. And much more!
Boat has;
16,000 btu reverse cycle A/C (hot & cold), Generator 4kw (turns over, not run as winterized), full kitchen including rotary oven, microwave and new fridge freezer. Full bathroom with separate shower, sink and electric head (no holding tank, has lectra-san). The bathroom has dual entry from both the salon and forward berth. 3 bank battery charger with new marine batteries, depth sender, vhf, full black canvas Bimini and enclosure, 3 sliding patio doors, all windows and patio door have fly-screens, deck shower with hot/cold water, rear deck also features twin dual power sockets and much more. Also there is a very large fresh water tank (not sure on size). Headroom is 6’2 throughout.
Genuine reason for sale (long story!), I’m from the UK and would like to sell her before I return, so I am open to offers.
The engines could do with a tune up, one runs great the other has a noisy hydraulic lifter (bought part, but no time to do, Mercruiser recommends to use 15/40w oil which I have, locals here tell me to use 30w oil as its thicker? and this should make the noisy lifter quite?). Both engines run and they were new in 1994, gearboxes are smooth and neither engines nor gearboxes have any leaks. (risers just replaced this month). Engine room is clean. The Mercruiser’s are fresh water cooled and have digital tacho sync.
This boat would make the perfect live aboard; just bring your clothes and utilities. Everything is controlled from the fly bridge, meaning extra room below, cabin sizes below. The fly bridge has all new switches and starter buttons.
Boat measures 35' x 12' not including bowpit and swim platform (swim platform currently off boat, will put on if you’re not transporting boat by road).
rear deck - 4.5' x 10'.
main cabin 8' x 9' (Fold down 6’ sofa bed)
kitchen area 10' x 5.5'
dining table 6' x 5' (converts to double bed)
head 6' x 5' (inc door way into forward birth)
forward cabin 9' x 10' including 3 wardrobes, into a point.
Safety vests, fire extinguishers, anchors, windless (N/W), and much more included.
Boat is in the water on Long Island and the enclosure and canopy are fitted (not an easy job for one as its huge)
As it was raining, I’m using exterior pictures from last year and the canopy was not up then, it’s black and is of full stand up height with zipped pvc door/windows etc, all interior pictures were done today.

Avoid scams and fraud
Signs of fraud: wire transfer, money orders, cashier checks, shipping, escrow, "transaction protection", "guarantee". Be safe by dealing locally.
