This business has been established since 2001, and is currently active. We do all kinds of mechanical work for all types of foreign and domestic cars. The shop has four bays, with 3 regular lifts and one lift for alignment. The shop has two offices, one in the front and the other in the rear end of the building which also has a storage area for parts. The shop is equipped with Hunter Alignment machine which is used to do alignment on vehicles upto the year of 2009 and some 2010 vehicles. We also do tire work with used and new tires. We have both tire and wheel balancing machines which work upto 22" rims. Both machines were bought about a year ago and are in great working condition. We also have a big tire inventory and 5 newly built wood tire racks by the wall which hold about 60-65 tires each. We also have all tools which are from Snap-On and Craftsman which have a life-time warranty and work on all domestic and foreign cars except for German cars. We also have great business for taxi cabs, since we are located in Baltimore City (downtown), by the Penn Station, which is a main taxi stand for cabs. We have used and new parts for taxi cabs in our own part store in the back of the shop which is included in the shop inventory. We have a 10 year lease which has been renewed last year and is transferable to the new owner who buys the business. The reason for selling the business is that I'm moving and relocating in a different state.
