Equity Partner/Investor (Property Management Company)

We are looking to fill an ownership position with-in our property management company. The company currently manages over 1100 condominum and has built a great platform for growth. The main objective is to introduce the new brand and business model for the company and begin assumption of management contracts at a higher rate with better service.

Currently, we have a Bookkeeper, an Administration Director and a Property Manager. The company makes roughly $250,000 annually and supports these salaries and the operating expenses with the existing contracts.

Since we have began marketing our new brand, about a month ago, we have received over 10 leads to accept new contracts. However in order to begin taking on new contracts, we need to fill this executive management position to assist with managing the overall vision for the company and provide leadership and experience to the business development process.

The ideal candidate will have experience with both operations and finance management of condominium management. We are looking for someone to help with managing the communities as well as provide financial leadership. Someone who has the drive to be an entrepreneur and can deal with the stresses that it brings. We are prepared to give a substantial ownership stake in the company to the right canidate. The percentage of course would depend on the individuals experience and ability to take this company from point A to point B. Until new contracts are assumed, there will be minimal, if any salary for the individual. In a sense, the candidate will build his/her own salary. The more contracts they are able to obtain and manage, the more their salary will increase.
