Had appraised at 82,000 but some machines need servicing and health is an issue with me and not to mention the need to re-locate out of state. So, I have reduced price to a firm 65,000 plus machine inventory and petty cash (change). Hopefully reducing the price will bring about a quicker sale. I will be out of town Jan. 11 through Jan. 20th. This sale is for laundry washing and dryer machines, soap & bag dispensers, machine parts, shelving, office desk, cabinet. Building is currently leased, but is updated and set up for the laundromat (which has been in this location for 50+ years), but lease agreement must go through the landlord. Located in a downriver suburb outside Detroit.
