From its inception, Toobeez, the toy, and Toobeez, the brand, were my vision, and have been solely funded though personal assets and investments. I have assumed all of the risk. The “heavy lifting” is done—shouldered by shoestring budgets and operated mostly by me, Joe Donahue. The invention and the business are poised for success. Toobeez has been selling several hundred thousand dollars’ of product a year for several years. We are in specialty toy stores, major catalogs, and powerful websites. We have customers in foreign markets (Africa, Ecuador, Korea, London, Mexico, New Zealand, and Spain). Shipping to these countries, in some instances, is more expensive than the product. We are on the verge of reaching the shelves of mass market retailers, but we keep running out of inventory. Toys R Us, KB Toys, QVC, BJ’s Wholesale, and much more. The shoestring operation must cease. I need a real corporate infrastructure and working capital to jettison the Toobeez brand. What I need you to do is understand the total versatility of the product / solution, so that we can talk further. This is a compelling story and a smart investment.
